Bed and Breakfast Rates:
Off-Season Rates – November 1 to May 1: $205 to $475.
In-Season Rates – May 1 to November 1: $225 to $575.
Beach House Rates:
In-Season Rates – May 1 to November 1:
Daily: $475 to $625
Weekly: $2250 to $2950
Monthly: $8250 to $13,000
There is an additional housekeeping/turnover fee for the first day of any rental of less than one week. Additional housekeeping and laundry services are available at our Long Island lodging if required.
Off-Season Rates – November 1 to May 1:
Prices are reduced by a 25% minimum below in season rates. Long term rentals preferred with additional discounts offered. 6 month winter seasonal rental from November 1st to April 31st available.
Special Events at Our Long Island Lodging:
Shorecrest can be made available for your special occasion such as dinner parties; garden parties; pre-event preparation; rehearsal dinners; photographic sessions and almost any occasion that requires a special venue in beautiful surroundings. Arrangements can be made as part of a package when the whole house is booked or separately priced based on time and use. Please call the Innkeeper to discuss your special needs and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Shorecrest Bed & Breakfast Policies:
The Shorecrest Inn is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. The cost of one night’s stay or 50% of the entire reservation will be charged to your credit card to reserve the room at our Long Island lodging. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $35 processing fee per room. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during both high and low season periods and for some special requests. The following are the general policies: May to November there is a 2 night minimum on weekends. A three night minimum is often required on Holiday weekends (Memorial, Independence, Labor, Columbus, Valentine’s, and Thanksgiving.) Off Season, Mid-week and extended stay rates available as noted on reservation calendar and through our Specials and Events listings. All at our Long Island lodging prices are plus tax.
Beach House Policies:
The same general policies apply with some modifications. For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 25% of the entire rental. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
Shorecrest Bed and Breakfast Inn rules:
We welcome children over 12 years old. Exceptions to this age limit can sometimes be made at the Innkeepers discretion. There is no smoking permitted inside the house or rooms; however you may smoke in the Garden or deck area. Pets can be boarded nearby.
Beach House rules:
-Pets: Dogs will be considered with additional cleaning fee.
-Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
-Fireplace: Firewood can be purchased locally. Open the flue before lighting a fire. Please use the starter pellets provided.
-Parking: Parking is permitted in the parking porch. Street or curb side parking is not permitted. Telephone: Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance.
-Guest occupancy: The house is rented to the number of guests registered and a total occupancy of 6 persons sleeping at the house. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten oíclock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance.
-On Departure: All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. Keys to be returned to Bed and Breakfast Inn on check out.
Special Events Rules
All arrangements for special events must be made in advance and based on availability at our Long Island lodging.
