North Fork Community Theater

The North Fork Community Theater is just like home, sweet home.  Located in  Mattituck, Long Island the North Fork Community Theater is a non-profit community theater dedicated to bringing performances from major theaters to the North Fork of Long Island.  The North Fork Community Theater is run by volunteers and they are currently raising funds to assist them in the purchase of their building in Mattituck.  The building is actually an old church and is perfect for their theater performances. 

They have an active calendar for the first half of the 2010 and their performances include Arsenic & Old Lace directed by Shawn Snyder.  Arsenic & Old Lace will be performed January 14-17, 22-24, and 29-31.  Tickets are $15.00 per performance and all performances are at 8 P.M., except Sundays are matinee performances at 2 P.M.  Other upcoming performances include Love Letters in February, Anything Goes in March, 110 in the Shade in May, and Kiss me Kate in July and August.  Tickets are available on-line or by calling 631-298-NFCT. 

North Fork Community Theater are always looking for volunteers to assist with ushering, costume design, poster distribution and other important aspects of the North Fork Community Theater.  Is theater your calling?
