Peconic Bay Front, Beach House, Aquebogue

his beach house, located on the bay in the historic village of Aquebogue is a modern, newly built house with 180 degree views of the great Peconic Bay. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms. On the third floor is a master suite with panoramic views of the Bay and private bath. The spacious second floor master bedroom has a seating area with French doors leading to a balcony overlooking the water and en suite bathroom with jetted tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom two twin beds. The ground floor is open plan with a large fully equipped kitchen, adjoining dining area with seating for 6-8 people and living room with working fireplace and pull out sleep sofa. Floor to ceiling windows and French doors open onto a covered rear porch and lower deck for outdoor dining overlooking the water, with barbecue, grassy lawn and just steps to a private community sandy beach. The village of Aquebogue is a two hour drive to Manhattan, a half hour from the Orient Point Ferry connecting to New London Connecticut, within easy reach of the many wineries and farms of the rural North Fork, the resorts of the Hamptons on the South Fork and the amenities and activities of the town of Riverhead, including Splish Splash Water Park, Atlantis Aquarium and the Tanger outlet mall.

Southold Inlet Waterfront home – Sleeps 8

Southold Inlet waterfront sleeps 8-10 A private luxury designer home with large garden and private waterfront overlooking stunning views of bay inlet. Consists of three bedrooms, including second floor master bedroom suite with Jacuzzi, a two room first floor suite with pullout sofa/daybed in second room; ground floor bedroom with French doors opening onto garden and separate sleeping alcove with queen bed. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully stocked with all the cooking equipment you could need and all bed linens are supplied. Guests of the Southold Inlet house also have use of the Shorecrest Beach on Long Island Sound and all concierge services offered by the Shorecrest Bed and Breakfast Available for mid week stays, long weekends, weekly or for month of August or July.

Orient Beach House

This home on the east end of the North Fork in Orient is located in Green Acres, a private beach community and just a two minute walk from the sands and waters of the Long Island Sound. Built in 1960, the home was completely renovated in 2003, with further upgrades including Hawaiian Koloa hard wood floors throughout and professional landscaping in 2005. It is meticulously maintained and kept updated on an annual basis. There are three bedrooms in the main house and a two story detached cottage in the garden. In the house the master bedroom is approximately 400 square feet, has French doors opening to the private garden, a tray ceiling, window AC, a Queen size bed, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom is approximately 120 square feet has a full size bed, ceiling fan and wall closet, office table and piano and two windows overlooking the gardens. The third bedroom, 120 square feet, is furnished with a childbed plus a two-seater sofa. There are two full bathrooms; a large master bathroom, tiled floors and walls with corian counter tops, and shower with dual shower heads The second bathroom is also modernized with toilet and shower. The large 280 square foot living room is furnished with a sofa, armchair and ottoman, and has a silent wall AC unit (18000 BTU) which cools the whole ground floor. The open kitchen ( approx. 200sf) opens onto the .private patio as well as the elegant 280sf formal dining room which seats up to 12 people. The TV is equipped for watching movies but there is no cable service, at present. Broad band internet is available. There is a full laundry service area with washer and dryer The house is located in a beautifully landscaped half acre with large lawns and patio, outdoor picnic table, BBQ and umbrellas. Half of this area is gated and fenced, ideal for small children. In one corner of the garden is the two story cottage/guest house. The ground floor has bar, sitting area, bathroom facilities and a ships ladder leading to the second floor bedroom, with full size bed and sky light.
