We are fully booked weekends in August but still have two rooms for Labor Day weekend and some availability Sunday through Thursday.

Rental House Availability
Shorecrest Property Management has taken on a couple of additional rental houses to make a total of eight, offering a variety of rates and sizes, and we still have last minute availability for some of them. North Fork Waterfront, Arshamomoque Pond, Southold
Magnificent views, 90 feet of waterfront, spacious interior, completely new renovation throughout. Three bedrooms plus pullout queen sofa bed on enclosed sun porch, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 8. Fully handicapped accessible throughout with extra wide wrap round decks and ramps.
Hashamomuck Waterfront

Two queen bedrooms and one with two twin beds, 3 full bathrooms, sleeps six.

August 19th onward including for the weeks preceding and following Labor Day weekend.

Lighthouse Cottage
All newly renovated two bedrooms with one full bath, open plan kitchen/living room, dining room and huge sunroom. Short walk to sandy bay beach.
Availability:
August , 16th to the 19th only for a long weekend. Full weeks and some weekends in September and October.
Shorecrest Beach House
Overlooking the Long Island Sound with stunning views and all newly renovated, with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and open plan second floor with two twin beds, large living room/dining area and 2.5 baths, this house sleeps 8 in beds.
Availability:
Fully booked through September 22nd, availability opens up September 23rd through October 16th.
Mid week available 20th – 25th of October and then booked through November.
Peconic Bay Beach house
Luxury accommodations in this newly built, waterfront four bedroom with 180 degree views of the Peconic Bay. Two spacious master bedroom suites, one queen and one room with two twin, this house comfortably sleeps 8. Amenities include spacious fully equipped modern kitchen, breakfast bar, open plan dining and living area and 4 full bathrooms.

September 10th 2013 onward for full weeks or long weekends.
Waterfront Studio cottage, Southold
Single story self contained studio with kitchenette, full bath, queen bed, gas iron fireplace and indoor and outdoor seating areas with magnificent views across park like lawn to Shelter Bay and the inlet. Just steps to the private community beach. A tranquil, relaxing retreat.
Availaibility for long or short stays throughout August and the fall.
Orient by the Sea
Newly renovated three bedroom house with additional studio cottage on the grounds, a short walk to private beach. Sleeps 6 plus child.
Availability:
August 19th through 29th and selected weekend and full week rentals throughout the fall. Midweek stays available all year round.
