This year we are managing 5 properties varying in size from 2 to 4 bedrooms, all of them near or on beaches and all but one with Water views.

We aim to manage our properties to the same standard of cleanliness and order as our top rated BandB and provide many of the same concierge services.

To see photographs and details visit the ‘Properties Managed’ page of the Shorecrest Property Management website and be sure to call us with any questions or if you need help making a reservation.

We still have vacancies for Memorial Day weekend, July and August in our beach front, 5 bedroom home in Southold. Click here for more details on the North Fork Beach House.

May 27, 28 and 29: Little Creek Oysters Celebrates Summer

We’ve got oysters coming in off the water from East End Growers all weekend, and cold brews courtesy of Greenport Harbor Brewery. We’ll be shucking on the front porch (weather permitting) and, of course, welcoming anyone who wants to #shuckyourself! If you’ve been with us all winter and spring, we hope you’ll pop by to cheer on the sunshine. If you have been away, like the osprey, welcome home. 1 pm -9 pm. Details.

May 28 & 29 Horton Point Lighthouse & Nautical Museum

The Southold Historical Society opens Hortons Point Lighthouse for the season. Enjoy the newest exhibit, “Tale of the Whale.” Bring a picnic and enjoy the spectacular view of Long Island Sound and Connecticut from the eight-acre park. Descend 120 steps to the beach or walk the nature trail. Weather permitting, there are front porch craft demonstrations on Sunday afternoons. There will also be special events throughout this special summer.
