Every year, Greenport Village and Cornell’s Cooperative Extension unite to celebrate the North Fork’s shellfish industries and Greenport Chefs’ talents. The result is the foodie paradise of Shellabration, a restaurant walk centered around shellfish and beverage pairings. It’s also a fundraiser for programs that keep our bays beautiful!
