Go Morning Birdwatching with North Fork Audubon
April 16, 2019 @ 8:00 am - 10:00 am
An event every month that begins at 8:00 am on day Third of the month, repeating until April 18, 2019
Every third Tuesday morning, North Fork Audubon‘s Tom Damiani leads a two hour birdwatching walk. An expert avian naturalist, Tom brings you where the birds are, and answers all your questions. In May, the North Fork is on the bird migration highway–called “MayGration”–and he leads walks every week.
North Fork Audubon members walk free, $4 for visitors. Contact Tom at 631 275-3202 or by email at tdamiani3@optimum.net to register and find out which local spot this week’s trip will be leaving from.
Birdwatching and More at Inlet Pond County Park
Audubon’s headquarters are at The Red House at Inlet Pond County Park, which is just down the road from Shorecrest. So even if you can’t make the birdwatching walk, you can immerse your self in nature with a walk in the park.
