theRIVERHEADPROJECT (300 East Main Street, Riverhead, NY 631-284-9300] www.theriverheadproject.com) is kicking off theBEERPROJECT on Wednesday, August 7 beginning at 6:30 p.m. with theBEERDINNER. The dinner, hosted by beer connoisseur Terrance Daly, will feature a multi-course food and beer pairing, family style at the restaurants communal table. Rocky Point Artisanal Brewers will provide the brews along with dishes created by executive chef Lia Fallon. The cost is $40 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
