Points East to perform at Greenport Harbor Brewery

Points East will play at Greenport Harbor Brewery on Sunday, Sept. 12 from 3 to 6 p.m. The family band is from Southold and performs their own original acoustic music and unique arrangements of cover tunes.

Scholarship Benefit Concert to be held at Old Steeple Community Church

Old Steeple Community Church 656 Main Road, Aquebogue

The Old Steeple Community Church will host their fourth annual scholarship benefit on Sunday, Sept. 12 at 4 p.m. at the church. The event will include live music by Joe Hamptons and Friends and refreshments. Tickets are $20 and are available at the church office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and at the door. All proceeds will go to benefit Old Steeple’s Scholarship Fund.

Suzanne Vega to perform at Suffolk Theater

Grammy winning singer Suzanne Vega will perform at The Suffolk Theater on Sunday, Sept. 12 at 8 p.m. Vega is known for folk-inspired hits such as “(My Name is) Luka”, “Marlene on the Wall,” “Tom’s Diner” and others.
