The Group for the East End invites you to explore the healing power of the plants with Island Herbalist, Sarah Shepherd, and learn what YOU CAN DO to help save the honeybees! Make a medicine pouch, take a herb walk (weather permitting), and observe beekeeping tools and hives. More than two-dozen species of waterfowl can be found in East End waters in fall, winter and spring. The Group for the East End invites you meet them all. Join them indoors at the Downs Farm Nature Center in Cutchogue to be introduced to the varieties of local ducks, geese and swans.
